Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior experience with ultimate frisbee?
Not at all! Our programs are designed for complete beginners. If you can throw a frisbee, you have everything you need to get started. Our workshops will take you from zero to confident in a single day.
Are the programs really free?
The Workshops and Digital Curriculum costs for the materials and instructors are covered by the schools. There is no additional registration fee for the teacher.
How do I find a workshop near me?
Use the registration form below to enter your contact information. We'll contact you to coordinate a workshop with your school and/or district. We run workshops in all 50 states throughout the school year.
What age groups are the lesson plans designed for?
The curriculum was originally designed for middle school aged youth. However, it can be adapted for elementary and high school.
Can I bring a colleague to a workshop?
We greatly encourage teachers to work together. The school and/or district will make the decision on attendance and the ability to have teachers from different schools attend the same workshop.
